Program: 4-Point Recovery
SMART Recovery’s 4-Point Program is the organization’s flagship secular program serving those with an addictive behavior, including both substance and activity/process addictions. Trained volunteer facilitators lead effective mutual support group discussions on these topics:
- Building and maintaining motivation
- Coping with urges and cravings
- Managing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
- Living a balanced life
Anyone 18 and over fitting the purpose of the above program is welcome to join the meeting. Please read the program description to make sure it's the right meeting for you.

Use the left door on the pair of doors to enter the building. Shiny hardware, and there should be an 'OPEN' sign hanging in the door window. Please note that this is an old building and the door sticks, so sometimes you'll need to do a little work to get the door open, but if the sign in the door is turned to 'OPEN' and not 'CLOSED' then the building is open and the door is unlocked. Meeting room is entered via the door at the far side of this vestibule, where there should be a SMART meeting sign indicating stairs that go down to the meeting rooms in the basement. The meeting room is at the end of the hall, left as you come off of the stairs. Because this building was renovated prior to the establishment of ADA, there is no elevator access to the lower level, so the basement is NOT wheelchair accessible.
