Program: 4-Point Recovery
SMART Recovery’s 4-Point Program is the organization’s flagship secular program serving those with an addictive behavior, including both substance and activity/process addictions. Trained volunteer facilitators lead effective mutual support group discussions on these topics:
- Building and maintaining motivation
- Coping with urges and cravings
- Managing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
- Living a balanced life
Anyone 18 and over fitting the purpose of the above program is welcome to join the meeting. Please read the program description to make sure it's the right meeting for you.

Meeting held in Conference Room 6 (C6).
Enter at main entrance that faces Alton Parkway. Take elevators
to 5th floor. Turn left out of the elevators then left again at first hallway.
Conference rooms will be labeled C1, C2 etc. Look for C6. There’s a
security guard at the entrance that can give directions if needed.
