  Location

UCF STUDENT UNION SUITE 313

  Notes
Meeting #: 8701

The room location is within the Student Union, Suite 313. It is titled the Administrative Conference Room, and you gain access from the Student Union Administrative Suite.

Here is link to map location of the Student Union: http://map.ucf.edu/?show=

Regarding parking, the union is centrally located on campus so there is not a parking lot directly out front. However, there are lots and garages within easy walking distance. Limited accessibility parking is available for those with proper handicap tags. You may park in any spaces that are marked as green student or visitor areas only (usually labeled as “D permits”). Here is a map specifically for parking locations.

UCF members should have valid parking for these spaces already. For any non students/staff community members that may be in attendance, I’ve attached instructions for validating parking which will need to be done EACH WEEK. Permits are virtual, so they can do this from their phone when they arrive at the meeting, so long as they know their License Plate Number, State, Make, Model, Color, First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number.

A note from UCF Parking Services: We understand people might be nervous/don’t want to put their full name when they register their vehicle and that is fine they can shorten their name or put their initial. We don’t share their information with anymore. It is just a way for us to communicate/reach out to someone if we need their vehicle moved for any reason. We want everyone in these meeting to know there information is safe and only a few supervisors have access to the event portal.

Email facilitator for additional parking information.
