Program: 4-Point Recovery
SMART Recovery’s 4-Point Program is the organization’s flagship secular program serving those with an addictive behavior, including both substance and activity/process addictions. Trained volunteer facilitators lead effective mutual support group discussions on these topics:
- Building and maintaining motivation
- Coping with urges and cravings
- Managing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
- Living a balanced life
Anyone 18 and over fitting the purpose of the above program is welcome to join the meeting. Please read the program description to make sure it's the right meeting for you.

This meeting is held at the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic in Suite 301 at the VVSD.
From the parking lot, enter through the center of the Rio Vista Building and take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor. The Cohen Clinic is located at the eastern end of the building (to your left) in Suite 301. Press the buzzer to the right of the door to be let in. The meeting is in the Padres Community Room to the right of the reception desk.
